At Hampshire Designer Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original sale condition — this means unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or are returned outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or email info@hampshiredesignervault.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you promptly.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days after we confirm receipt for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we ask that you return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures availability and accurate stock management.
