Yes. Every item at Hampshire Designer Vault undergoes a thorough authentication process by our expert team to ensure it is genuine.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK only. Shipping options and costs vary by location and order, and available methods are shown at checkout.
Can I track and manage my delivery?
Yes. Our trusted delivery partner offers a flexible, trackable service. Using your tracking link, you can reschedule delivery, select a preferred day, or arrange for your parcel to be left in a safe place.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes, we offer local collection across Hampshire. If you’d like to collect your order, please contact us before purchasing via our contact form or email info@hampshiredesignervault.com to arrange a suitable time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original sale condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear or made after 14 days may not be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
